Elements of both scenarios are possible. On a daily basis , today is a Near Impulse day for the QQQQ and price is near a reversal level. We could see a daily low pivot and up move for several days.

On a weekly basis the last week of August is a Near Impulse week and we could see a weekly low pivot around 44.

$43 to 44 is also a support level on the monthly chart.

8/26 is a Bradley date and 8/20 -23 are Delta dates for a low.
