[RT] Tomorrow Should be Down

My Market Volume indicator has not matched the enthusiasm of the S&P over the past several days.  While the S&P has broken out to a new intermediate high the indicator has refused to do so.  Today the indicator (see attached) showed a slight out flowing of money while the market made the high.  Most of the time this indicates a down day tomorrow.
