Try MSN Investor's Deluxe Stock Screener:

http://moneycentral.msn.com/investor/finder/customstocks.asp

You will need to use IE since it uses an ActiveX plugin.

Once you have installed the plugin, select the Beta field from the Trading & Volume category.
