In my post about this topic .. about the questions a purchaser should ask
themselves before writing checks, I did not make any threats or state list
policy or mention I was the moderator. I simply passed on my thoughts and
did so without pointing at any one person or firm or program. In other
words, I expressed my opinion. Just as everyone has been doing since I
sent the mail. It had not occurred to me that as list moderator, I could
have no opinion. My post was a request to potential buyers that they use
common sense. Something I would think all responsible vendors would
appreciate and agree with.
