and   the second is for volume
the one for issues is at about 44

  I used to get excellent results using the McClellan Oscillator for market direction.  Do you do any work with that.  I haven't done anything with it for quite a while.  The last time I looked the extremes had changed but the resultant answers still came up pretty good.
