Let's please concentrate on not hurting other's feelings

I've seen a very limited number of posts recently that seem to have little 
to no purpose other than to make the original poster seem small or ignorant 
or worse.  I don't expect everyone to agree on everything but let's try to 
word things in a manner that helps the list membership and doesn't do so at 
the cost of the person who began the thread.  We are here to learn 
together, not prove who has the most testosterone.  There is a warning on 
this topic at the list web site.  I do enforce it.
