[RT] Moving averages?

 I would like to know what moving averages have others found to be very smooth but also quick turning?  I would want the average to work good in the 15 to 40 period range.

 Would like to hear about any similar to what I am looking for above.  The public domain ones and the ones that vendors have for sell.
