[RT] Increments for SQ9

I wonder whether anybody may suggest the most appropriate increments  
expressed in ticks per degree or ticks per day for the SQ9 applied to 
T-Bonds fut and currency fut (EU/SF/CD), for swing trading and/or 
intraday.
