I don't often disagree with you, but I believe that you should take another look at this one before you commit.  I don't know why it had the gap down from 13, I don't think it was a 2/1 split, or why it has temporarily stopped where it did.  Its current low is below where my target price would have been.  I do have a retracement down which should occur about this time. 

 

There is an up move that could carry price to 10, but the Entry Price for that move hasn't been hit yet.

 

Good luck with what ever you decide.
