For what it's worth, I have been selling a down sloping Major Median Line
since October 6th [today was the ninth consecutive test of this same line
that held price and although I have it colored green on my charts, it's
truly turned into a golden line]. Today is the first day we moved and
closed with any great separation below this Major Median Line, basically
doubling the distance we had seen price moving away from it to the
downside. It's correct to think of this doubling as price now hitting its
Lower Median Line Parallel, so to speak, where price may indeed be near
running out of down side directional energy.
I also had an open price gap in the 1178-1179 area and some major support
coming in from the daily and weekly hand drawn charts I keep, using Median
Lines, at the 1175 area yesterday and today. It may not be far fetched to
be looking for price to show some signs of beginning a pullback.
