If price is going down the high should occur during 
the first half of the cycle.  If price is rising then the high should occur 
during the last part of the cycle.  That is the reason that you measure 
cycles from low to low.  In order to avoid translation of the highs.  
 
  
One of the reasons that the magic T didn't work
