Ken
Powers, out of Atlanta, does this report each weekend. You can go to his website
for the complete report. The report used
to be limited to the IBD100 but since he can’t use the IBD reference anymore he
has expanded it to include other stocks as well.
He
uses the industry numbering and grouping found in the TC2005 product and media
general.
You
might want to send him an email and get on his weekly distribution list. If so,
Tell
him Kermit sent you.
Remember,
if you are going long in a position then you want the top performers of the top industries that still have room
to grow.
You
must be careful not to choose those that are at the top and ready to turnover.
Those you want to short.
The
trick is to learn how to tell the difference.
