The company I worked for in the late 80's was one of Sun Microsystems' biggest customers so I had the opportunity to meet with Zanders many times. I am sure he will do well at Motorola and I, too, own a lot of Motorola stock... :-)
Sun's problems were related to their founder's inability to change with the times.
