Ain't no more .. merged into Euronext platform. No U S listings survived last I saw. They did make an effort, as did other markets, to bring them up during the week after 9/11. There is a move to link platforms worldwide, but the orders would still go to home markets via links .. so it just an access issue. The other concern is access. On IB and REDI have anything approaching worldwide platforms .. so even if a market did exist elsewhere it would only be "hail mary" kind of market where you might leave an order you want filled in the worst way ... however it would not be fungible (at this time) with a position held in the US and cleared by Options Clearing. Many of the old Amsterdam firms have established a market making effort here.

None are available to the retail community. There is a large nonlisted upstairs market just as there is here in the U.S., but nothing for the individual investor.
