[RT] mondays outlook

Since Fri was  a dead cat bounce,

(loosing 10-11 sp points Thursday ,and gaining only  3 on Fri.)

and

on low volume

and

new high decreased

makes it likely to be a downer

IF we get a higher high, use it to short

a trade above 1196.63 cash would make this  scenario  wrong,

the only   fly  in the ointment is the   bullish sign is in the p/c ratio
