To answer your question regarding the forks
The SPX went up to and turned at what we for over 15 years have called a Reinhart Star.
And put it in our 1.2 version of the software.
Since then i have seen others write about it.
Think of it as a black hole.........see example in Sox chart attached
This is where it all comes together on the charts.
I know that one of the biggest funds out there likes to use this as a setup indicator.

Charles
For the longest time Dhruv has been bashing the USA and near the
highs a few months ago he went bearish big time. Tom on the other
hand likes to wave the flag and is bullish in the long term.
Now he is suggesting that down is the direction of the month.
My work confirms that a good entry was yesterday or this morning.
