My methodology does not see a turn in the major stock indexes until later in
the week. I do see possible reversals on Monday for materials (XLB) and
energy stocks. Crude oil , Natural Gas and Gold are showing possible
reversals up on Monday whereas the Dollar is showing weakness.
Attached is a screen of my possible stock trades for Monday. Generally I
would say the DJIA will be stronger than the Nasdaq. As far as trading
direction, I always wait to see the market bias after amateur hour to
determine which side I favor.
