I have met Valez and his partner Greg Capra. They are both good and knowledgable people and I am sure very successful traders. However I would strongly suggest that you make sure that you are in sync with their trading style.... Also bear in mind that part of their income comes from commissions.

Anyone have any experience with Pristine 
trading or Oliver Velez?  I heard a recent tape of a talk that he 
gave.  He claims to have trained 88,000 over the last twelve years as to 
how to trade successfully.  Wondering if any of those 88,000 traders are on 
these forums.
