first, take a look at TASC, 6/04, "forex trading platforms and the real world."
if you don't subscribe, buy the article on line for about $4.
then forget about retail forex trading platforms.
too much juice in their prices.
cme forex futures are far more efficient.
euro fx has good liquidity (for retail) and usually a one tick spread on
hard bid/ask prices.
and real trade volume on the data feed.
trade at interactive brokers (or others) for dirt cheap commisions.
get a good data feed for cash market action.
esignal offers a forex cash market feed (bids only w/o volume) from over
200 dealers, not just one.
that's my two cents.
