What is your opinion of Natural Gas Trusts. There are several paying 8% to 12% per month and have potential for a seasonal advance.

right now the 70000 cash you have should be 35000  in 5 individual  tax free
municipal bonds
maturity 2-3 years yield to maturity 5-6%
the other 35000   open an account with rydex funds
