[RT] Security alert -- 20 new vulnerabilities in Microsoft code

Four security bulletins cover many fixes in Windows, IE, and Outlook. In one 
case, an attacker could exploit the vulnerability and remotely attack and 
take total control of Windows 2000 and Windows XP systems.
