One package that can do it is NeoTicker by TickQuest. You can do all you
asked below. You would write some activeX code and you can have your app
feed data to Neoticker or it can get data from Neoticker do your calcs and
display the info back in neoticker as an indicator on a chart. They have
both real time and EOD versions available.
