Norm,
The notice was to make traders aware of a potential 
reversal in the current trend of each market. I would not enter the trades until 
I had confirmation of the reversal. Usually this is a price traded above the 
previous days high (long) or below the previous days low (short). Of course 
reversals begin on lower time frames so traders with intra-day data and the 
right tools could enter at more favorable prices.
Regarding exits: The point of exit of a profitable 
trade is entirely dependant on the psyche of the trader. Some traders , 
like me,  are satisfied with smaller profits on a regular basis that can be 
compounded into a sizable result. Other traders may wish to ride the trade 
longer. So what I would do is irrelevant to the purpose of the 
post.
