maybe you should have a look at your settings in 
the format symbol/ universe/ display value settings.
should be "as is"

  coming in  at 10 times the price

  sp 500 comes in at  10103
  (data is from csi data  )
  when I look at the asci file in   excel 
  it does show the Correct  amount)
