I work for a CTA and we use Millennium for most managed accounts but we
have one account that uses Entrust as custodian. Millennium customer
service is horrible and their fees are outrageous. I don't think
Entrust is any better but I will check for a phone number for Entrust
tomorrow when I get back to the office.
They are the ONLY two custodians we could find for futures accounts.
