OK, here's a non-technical email about a stock...

MONDOVI, Wis., Aug. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Marten Transport, Ltd.
(Nasdaq: MRTN - News) announced the public offering of 3,000,000 shares of
its common stock priced at $20.50 per share. Of these shares, 2,475,000
shares are being sold by the Company and 525,000 shares are being sold by
the selling stockholders, including 375,000 shares by Chairman and
President Randolph Marten and 150,000 by Christine Marten, a director of
the Company.
Look at the chart..
Float is about 4,000,000 now. They are adding 3,000,000 to the market,
insiders are selling 900,000 shares.. Not a bullish indication.
Watch your stops!
