[RT] Is there more to it than meets the eye ?

Bonds and interest rates closing early today.  Thin markets, too, 
with many people presumably on the sidelines.  I'm wondering whether 
there's something the market has figured out that isn't official yet -
 for example, problems with settlement or a major player about to go 
to the wall.

Thoughts ?
