Some time ago I purchased a manual from you Don Fishback titled
"Trading The Odds". It was a smallish gray booklet which described the
steps and formula's for calculating volatility, and then projecting
future price bands at a specified percentage for use in options
trading. I have misplaced my booklet and am looking for a reprint of
the entire small booklet or just the formulas pages. If someone here
has it and doesn't mind scanning it in and emailing it to me I would be
most appreciative.
