RE: Pyra/Cycle Swing Thing...something I've been working on. I haven't been testing it for long, but so far the accuracy on a 60m chart is within 0-3 hrs...not too shabby.
Notes on the attached SPX chart show system projection for monday, as well as a possible early turn date for major Bradley cycle high predicted for 7/2. As for tomorrow, I give this projection a 90% probability. The other 10% possibility would be a gap-down open of 8-10 pts...leaving a current cycle high for tomorrow around 998. I give this ony 10% because I believe we will see one more good thrust up for this rally. Otherwise, that would leave the major cycle [and rally] high date at 6/17--2 weeks early--a margin of error which is historically too high for Bradley. Needless to say, beyond tomorrow I could be dead wrong. It could easily be argued that we usually have a 4th of July rally, etc, etc. My predictions are just for fun...the main point of the post is the combination of Pyrapoint and Cycles for [perhaps] more accurate trading decisions. I've always felt that the very best
system would combine Gann and Hurst...I am not a technical or computer wizard, nor is this exactly Gann or Hurst <g>...but I love playing with this stuff!!!
