Hi Kate,
The easiest way for you is probably to look at the IB
dialog that lets you choose which option contract to
display. It will show choices for all exchanges the option
trades on as well as for smart routing.
Maybe somebody else has a way to determine liquidity. For
me it has been a matter of experience, everything is
relative, in general options are much much less liquid
than stocks. Seems like the OEX should be, relatively
speaking, pretty liquid, which says something about the
market in general.
