No ... the order goes unable and dies. As debated here previously, my view
of the intent of the cancellation fee is to make it more expensive for
anyone to adjust limit orders so as to compete with the market makers ...
clearly anti-competitive but that's of little concern to regulators unless
it's "their guys" who are getting hurt.
