Sheer "climbing the wall of worry" activity.....as money has no other place
to go....
and concerning tech: with Microsoft appearing to have tilted their hand that
the software business continues weak, and with the Oracle, Peoplesoft, and
JD Edwards mega-merger, appears there will only be a handful of USA software
companies left standing. Consolidation means: business is poor. China and
India soon to dominate the software biz.
Appears this rally has discounted even the rosiest of scenarios.
If it doesn't "happen", watch-out below.
