Here's a sane and realistic look at this 
topic.  Thought this article was topical and appropo.  IMHO; 

this tax cut will 
not be the shot in the arm everyone might think.  It is in reality 
miniscule when compared with the big financial 
picture and currrent problems.  Also; we are in a 
different
type of economic cycle compared to when Regan cut 
taxes.  This time is different; so the results
will not be 
garnered.
