Earlier this year on one of these lists a German University student
offered a copy of the 277 page book in PDF format to anyone who
requested it.
Perhaps it was a 'sleeper post,as the student mentioned getting only
three requests.
Anyway,the file is about 21 megs,and if someone has a type of location
such as ftp,web etc that would want to host this to a limited
audience,contact me. I will Not send it out individually,however if a
person proposes to host it,I will post the contact information,if
agreed upon.
Not being an attorney,I will add that the files sent to me did Not
contain markings of copyright,etc,if there are any lawyers reading
this that may have comments,please e-mail me privately.
