I have a Dell Inspiron 4150 laptop, "connected" via
a WiFi card (D-Link) to my router, which in turn is attached to a cable modem
(since last December). The laptop is in a different room from the router
(which lies under a bed, i.e., not line of sight). I installed the
WiFi and it was extremely easy. TradeStation w<FONT face=Arial

It is very stable. The wireless speed
from the router to the laptop exceeds the broadband speed into the house (of
course).
The only problem that I have heard of is IF the
cordless phone and WiFi operate at the same spectrum ... but that is not the
case for me.
