The thing about this and many other similar situations, with just
a very simple effort the PRIVATE ADDRESS of the person
making a post can be obtained. Then messages such as these two
could have been directed her way privately as they should have
been.
Remember, open the message and click on the address of the
person sending the message and copy/save it and put it into the
address field of the reply rather than the list address and we
all are better off.
