Not volume it's percentage of cancellations compared to orders. Some firms
cancel 5 % some 10% and couple cancel over 30%.

So, am I to understand that the cancellation fee will only apply to
brokerages that are above a certain option volume? If that is the case,
then I think that I am not the only one who misunderstood that point.
