The low for this cycle? 9/20/98 was the midpoint between the 9/1/98-
10/8/98 lows, 3/24/00 was a high, 9/21/01 was a low. So we have a
low, high, low spaced 18 months apart within a few days of the
equinox. Seems to me 3/21/03 should be a high.
I think this 18 month equinox cycle is due to end soon now.
