Taking a look at Ben's SuperT composite breadth
oscillator, Monday was a "crash" in terms of the oscillator.  Had it not
been for the price based circuit breakers we might have seen a crash in the
INDU also...maybe it is still coming.  In the past the INDU
makes a significant low within one to two days after the oscillator hits
the -150 level.  This time price is just coming off of a high rather than
  plunging into a low....so far.

Did you notice that VIX hardly reacted and infact
trended downward after the opening.  From a chart posted last week...VIX
is a better bottom picker than top picker.  The CBOE dollar weighted
$C/($C+$P) is a better top picker than bottom picker.  Usually VIX spikes
at bottoms and goes sideways at tops, which it has been doing for the last two
and a half months.  The fear of all that can go wrong must be discounted
in VIX, except for a US defeat in an Iraqi sandstorm which would take VIX up
  to/through the 50 level.

Best answer I can give is based on the
    Dow.

Do not have ES setup on weekly basis anywhere
    that I am
    willing to show.

Any way you cut it prices are now in a Low
        Risk buy area.

HOWEVER, that does not mean that they
        cannot go lower
before turning around.  Wait for good
        price action on the
        up side.

"Low Risk" is only low if you obey the
        rules ! ! !
