The ND is running below its S3 with a bearish tape,
but its just below its first hour low. With a bearish tape S3 is
considered resistance and is being sold.

Any way you cut it prices are now in a Low Risk buy
area.
HOWEVER, that does not mean that they cannot go
lower
before turning around. Wait for good price action on
the up
side.
"Low Risk" is only low if you obey the rules ! !
