[RT] Re: [MedianLine] P&F is where it is

Correction, I had forgotten overnight that the
Point and Figure configuration resolution had been changed from 1 tick to 1
minute.  That compressed the 7 tick O's at the 947 level and changed the
picture.  Changing it back to 1 tick in the format symbol fixes it.
Thanks to Clyde for refreshing my memory.

Problem with point and figure charts in TS2000i
is they redraw with significant changes.  Yesterday the low identified by
the #7 had 7 red O's at the same level and this morning only 1 "O".
Note, both charts for comparison at the 945 to 950 region. (ESPNF.gif is
labeled wrong and is actuall the NQPNF)

I'm convinced in my mind that we should not be looking
atthe conventional time price bars in measuring market
activity.BobR likes constant range measurements.  I like Point
andFigure measurements.Attached is a Hurst analysis of
    the    QQQ   using (.03x5) P&F.This
look goes back to November and there seem to be lessfalse signals in
this approach than in conventional time/price.Clyde- - -
