An url (www.theswingmachine.com/LengthOfSwing/LengthOfSwing.htm)
exists where this indicator for Tradestation can be downloaded and the
following pictures reviewed. This bypasses all the sales/etc. stuff on
the site and is strictly for the purpose of distributing this .ela and the
pictures of what it does.
Don't expect this to be on the site for more than 30 days. If Colin West
wants to copy this to Traders2Traders he is welcome to do so. I will
update the files on SwingMachine and MedianLine lists later.
What is shown at this URL is:
A picture detailing how to draw Andrews pitchforks using
this free routine.
Also (not necessarily in this order) there are pictures showing:
1. Gann swings
2. "Normal" swings w/Midswing dots for fork drawing
3. "Normal" swings w/Mirror image of last swing leg
4. "Normal" swings w/Mirror + Pattern Number/Length/etc.
5. "Normal" swings + Pattern Number/% of LastSwing/etc.
The .ela (contains a copy that will run in TS4 as well as the
TS2k and up version. This latter version which will not run in
TS4) has been included.
Don't even try to crunch the ts5/6/7 version into TS4. If you
want to try stealing some code from it to add features to the
TS4 version, that can be done
