Jan,
If you are using Snagit, then open the program,
click on the Output tab and then click on the
PROPERTIES bar and select the type of output
to be .gif or .jpg as you desire.
Yes, .bmp files are way to large to be sending over the
net and most capture programs (including Snagit) have
the ability to output other types of files.
I do not want to miss your pictures and should not have
to if you have Snagit.
