Dear Sean,

The safest way to trade is to catch a
move early on, provided you do not increase your risk factor in doing so.
If the markets give you this opportunity you take it.

Best Regards,

That was meant as a joke....maybe it was even a funny one. On
a serious note what I meant was....isnt it safer to buy on the way
up....than buy on the way down? And if it is, why not trade the
        safest way?

It absolutely boggles my mind why a
trader would buy weakness.  If it is falling, let it
fall.  If you think it is going to rise, wait for it to
prove to you that it is going to do just that, rise.  Then
buy.   If you are going from Chicago to New York,
would you go by Denver and San Francisco first.  Why not
just hop the train as it leaves the station for New York?

                  Market ,according to review of
indicators I follow, appears to be forming a short term bottom
as well as an intermediate term bottom. I would be a buyer on
any further weakness for the upcoming up move. However, this
next move up will be followed by the next leg down in the
still ongoing bear market. After this next intermediate move
up the next move down will bring the Dow to below the Oct. of
2002 lows. It would not be unusual for the market in
light of the foregoing that we could have a very volatile day
tomorrow. It is not uncommon at turning points. Rashid, I
don't know whether you are trying to anticipate just for what
is happening tomorrow or longer term and you think tomorrow is
                  turn point?
