Milk the region dry? It's not like they GIVE us the oil. We pay for every
freakin' barrel. And we've sold some of those countries some of our best
weapons systems too. Some of them are starting to get smart and trying to
create some indigenous, non-petrol-based income (mostly tourist crap) but
most of them just take the money, hand it out to the population, spend their
time praying and cursing us by day, drinking our whiskey and smoking our
cigarettes by night, and bring in immigrants to perform menial labor.

One day, the world isn't going to need oil. Or atleast a lot less than we
need now. And where will they be then. They haven't built institutions of
higher learning. They've never learned to compete for anything as a
society. You can't grow anything in the desert. All they have is oil.
When no one needs it, they are going to be screwed in a big way.

And of course they'll blame us. "Oh, you Americans! You buy our oil when
you need it and now that you don't need it anymore, you don't buy it." DUH!

Hey Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, Qatar, Iraq! YOU LIVE IN A GOD
DAMNED DESERT!!! Make a one time sale. Sell the whole damned thing, buy
your children a good education and move somewhere in the world where life is
good.

I saw on 60 Minutes tonight how Goldman-Sachs talked Montana Power into
selling all it's power assets and going into telecom. Goldman ought to go
to UAE and give them a freaking clue. Make the sellout pitch. UAE gets
split 6 ways for $5 trillion paid out over the next 50 years. All citizens
get a sweet retirement package and full relo to any countries willing to
take them. Think of the deal fee Goldman would get on that.

And hey, we could shut down Yucca Mountain and send our radioactive waste
over there for burial. IT'S A FRIGGIN' DESERT!!!

Well, its the Frogs, the Krauts and the Russkies that are now doing
everything in their power to stall this war. But what does Saddam
have to do with terrorists? I posted this here well over a year ago,
but given the mutual antagonism between Saddam (Ba'athe socialist)
and Bin Laden (ultra orthodox Sunni), there's no way in hell they're
bedfellows. Our administration is pulling the wool over our
collective eyes by making all Muslims out to be badguys. Don't you
get it yet? Its their oil, and we want it. Just look at an atlas.
The Saudi's have always been in our pocket, now we've got
Afghanistan, next we'll own Iraq. And if we somehow succeed in
bringing freedom and democracy to Iraq, those Iranians (who consider
themselves Caucasian) will surely start rioting and demand similar
freedoms. How can you expect the Frogs, Krauts and Russkies to just
sit idly by while we milk this region dry so we can drive our SUV's?
Boy, If I lived in the Middle East, I'd be pissed off at Americans
too.
