Yes, it can be done. Mine has not been doing well as of late
but in theory (ie historical back testing) it does just ok.
A key for me is to highly filter the entry signal. Another
trick is that it drops out of a trade quickly on any
negative indication or sign of exhaustion. The problem with
this method is that it misses alot of opportunity and the
average trade size is marginally acceptable.
The attached graphs show it performs on the TradeStation's
@es.d data.
