I was waiting for this type of reply. Shortly after I sent this email, I started gaining access to various sites. Since I have AOL, I figured that might be some sort of "closed loop" system because I was able to access AOL and everything on it, but I was not able to access anything else. And I did not know at that time whether the RT server was affected.
