[RT] Seasonal Time adjustments

I am trying to allign some intraday ascii data. As I am based in 
London, I usually have a set number of hours difference from EST. 
However, this changes slightly depening on which part of the year it 
is (winter/summer time). Does anyone know which set rules apply on 
this? I am trying to build an indicator in TS5 that simply writes 
the data to a file with the adjusted time.
