[RT] MOB spread impact of tobacco settlement bonds

Hi,

The Economist ran an article this week about US Muni bond issuers 
securitizing future proceeds of tobacco settlement claims.  I was 
wondering whether this presents a Muni-over-Bond spread trade 
opportunity either with regard to Tobacco companies' perceived 
ability to pay up or with regard to the sheer volume of issues.

Anyone have a view (or MOB historic data to gauge this) ?
