Let's all understand the law and not get so anal
about these things. Relax Daniel there are far more important issues
in life.
If any author publishes his work on the internet
and makes it available via a publicly accessible URL anyone can redistribute
that information without violating any laws, morals and/or ethics. If the
website containing the published material is password protected or public access
is restricted in any way then one has to be more carerful.
